1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BrickStats ("the Service," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

BrickStats is an NBA player prop analytics and simulation platform. The Service provides:

• Historical NBA player statistics and hit rate analysis
• Real-time sportsbook odds data for informational purposes
• A virtual currency system ("Bricks") for use within the platform
• Social features including leaderboards, challenges, and profiles
• An AI-powered chatbot ("Brickie") for analytics assistance

BrickStats is for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered through the Service. Bricks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BrickStats. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service is intended for entertainment and sports analytics purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of sports odds data complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Create accounts for others without their consent
• Use automated scripts to create accounts or interact with the Service
• Share or transfer your account to another person
• Use a username that is offensive, impersonating, or misleading

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Bricks (Virtual Currency)

Bricks are a virtual currency used exclusively within BrickStats. They have no real-world monetary value.

• Bricks cannot be exchanged for real money, prizes, or goods outside the platform
• All Bricks purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Bricks may be earned through gameplay (quests, wins) or purchased via Stripe
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bricks system at any time
• Upon account termination, any unused Bricks are forfeited

6. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service's data or code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures
• Resell or commercialize data obtained from the Service without written permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analytics, odds data, or predictions shown on the platform.

Nothing on BrickStats constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. Use any information at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrickStats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to gambling losses, financial decisions made based on platform data, or service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
